Ilana Bodine is a certified Yoga instructor and works part time as a wellness coach. Her unique approach to fitness and wellness though yoga, meditation and pilates provides LAPT clients who may suffer with auto immune issues, previous injuries or limitations with a complete mind and body solution. Ilana is current on all the new fitness trends that can improve well being and health.
David Arellano is a former Marine Corps private and served in Afganastan. He is a certified athletic trainer with the the American strength and conditioning association and has been working with LAPT since 2009. David likes to play with a local football club on weekends and spends time with his son playing sports and honing his fitness skills.
